Characteristics of the industrial facilities for the plant TRIBOPRESS THP/SB-3600 and some parameters of its operation.

industrial facilities

Industrial facilities for the plant should correspond to the following characteristics:

  • dimensions – minimal size 80x35x10 meters (length х width х height);
  • heating – providing a constant temperature from 10 ºC (minimal) up to 50 ºC (maximal) at any time and season;
  • electric power – standard inputs not less than 600 kW, with deviations not more than 5% from the nominal values – 380 V, 50 Hertz;
  • water – water inlet with a consumption of not less than 2400 l/h;
  • illumination – in accordance with the norms for the industrial facilities;
  • floors – smooth, without irregularities with a concrete covering not less than 20 cm thick all over the premises;
  • hollows in the floors – in accordance with the Seller’s drawings.

Readiness of the premises for receipt, storage, assembly and operation of the equipment is a security for its good functioning.

Preparation Line LP-20T/h : 280 kW.
Total installed capacities: 600 kW.

Shift: 7 hours.
Number of shifts per day : 3 shifts.
